I have spent the last two decades turning my own dreams into reality. Having honed my skills through a number of leadership roles with the federal government, I was prepared to take a leap of faith and dive into building my first business from scratch. With the help of mentors, developing a mission and vision, leveraging top talent, and creating successful products and services, I am proud to say that my once small startup became a 7-figure enterprise.

My success stemmed not only from hard work but also from leading through fear, persevering through obstacles and setbacks, and most importantly from continuing to invest and develop my own leadership capabilities. As CEO of MPower Coaching LLC, I embody this same spirit of professional growth and perseverance to develop dynamic, influential leaders.
